1 - What You Are Buying
The Sprint to Scale package is a structured design sprint that includes:
- Kickoff call
- Questionnaire
- Mini market research
- UI design and prototype delivery
2 - Purchase Agreement
The purchase is handled through Lemon Squeezy - your formal agreement is with them as the Merchant of Record.
3 - Liability & Scope
- We promise clarity, speed, and a usable prototype - not development or full product delivery.
- We’re not liable for how you use the prototype afterward - your success depends on your next steps.
4 - Intellectual Property
- You own the final designs and deliverables we create for you in the sprint, once payment is complete.
- We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (unless you ask us not to).
5 - Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be happy, but please note:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase as long as the sprint hasn’t started.
- Once the sprint has started or deliverables have been provided, refunds are not possible.
- All refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
6 - Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
